De entrada, el primer prop\u00f3sito de este a\u00f1o ya est\u00e1 cumplido. \u00a1\u00a1He hecho mi primer Rosc\u00f3n de Reyes!!<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a la <span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/blog\/clasico-roscon-de-reyes\/\">receta genial\u00a0<\/a><\/span>que nos dej\u00f3 el otro d\u00eda en el blog <strong>Isabel Abell\u00f3n<\/strong>, de <span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/laboutiquedelagalleta\/?__tn__=kCH-R&amp;eid=ARBw1EX5wdk2R7AwhK-S4AmqGoBC8CdFusC06UInaBSCsDZHU5LdhjYXBT_EhWdkmYvcGc6BguAwpY3s&amp;hc_ref=ARRQwdMd6oVhJfrHbsPHBodeAVakbcnAyWoipU4OAqFD44KI1AZt9cc55Z0HDLTlQME&amp;fref=nf&amp;__xts__%5b0%5d=68.ARCF-QPEWr00CTXwoyfasoRbucX-iw3wLv9MljWT0AK-3k4n4J5WN4FWt--CRDaLSMCrUFAQoknzSUTECdVnCHVbAs2Xtp-TvvUpj_ziRyUYHRgh9mZ87PZqpkjL9jTAmctFWNrhLVZi2bn5V3sGPZzWSI7sIQQfeekvzy0varqZdKabDrbWRNru3wa403Ou3VhS1RDLMZOxKshoTh1d2cNKF4TJQMzgeGGcpwjmhtK4ulQeQ-pciVatpoF4EFptyarPxnV5ntaZlZjT1X7HYeZk-ZnygivtbmRzEs2By9zeAbP0La4H90_JN5zbat2SmFUY3M-J2lat682qHwk\">La Boutique de la Galleta<\/a><\/span>, me anim\u00e9 a incluso super\u00e9 la prueba con nota, con el a\u00f1adido de que me permit\u00ed el lujo de hacer yo mis propias naranjas confitadas siguiendo una sencilla receta de mi abuela, de esas en las que todo el truco es el fuego lento e ir removiendo cada poco rato.<\/p>\n<p>El caso es que qued\u00f3 estupendo y me he venido arriba y voy a poner negro sobre blanco la lista de prop\u00f3sitos sencillitos para este a\u00f1o. He descubierto que hay que ser modesto y procurar cosas alcanzables, que del resto ya se ocupa la vida de que nos las alcancemos.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, para este mes de enero vamos a hacer tres prop\u00f3sitos sencillos. El primero va a ser hacer pan los fines de semana. Entro dentro de la categor\u00eda de entusiastas del pan y me he prometido que voy a aprender, a mimar mis masas y a conseguir panes de categor\u00eda. Una amiga hace un pan integral de espelta con cereales y pasas que est\u00e1 para chuparse los dedos, as\u00ed que nos ponemos ya manos a la obra.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo prop\u00f3sito es seguir con la din\u00e1mica de hacer cada semana con los ni\u00f1os un bizcocho, unas magdalenas o unos mug cakes. Les encanta ponerse su delantal y ponerse perdidos del todo con la harina y los huevos. Me da la sensaci\u00f3n de que es precisamente eso lo que m\u00e1s les gusta y que el resultado final es lo de menos. Total, que pasamos un buen rato y poco a poco conseguiremos que las magdalenas crezcan m\u00e1s o que el bizcocho no se nos quede tan hecho por la base.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta tarea tengo reservada esa tarde que todas las semanas tienen tonta los ni\u00f1os. Esa tarde en la que no salimos y est\u00e1n realmente pesados. Sin fecha fija. En cuanto vea que las cosas empiezan a torcerse, \u00a1\u00a1a por los delantales!!.<\/p>\n<p>Me ir\u00e9 pertrechando de m\u00e1s <span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/3-moldes\">moldes<\/a><\/span>, que no es cuesti\u00f3n de hacer siempre las mismas formas y tama\u00f1os y los hay hasta con <span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/metal\/927-molde-de-aluminio-pme-corazon-3048x762-cm-5060047060349.html?search_query=molde+corazon&amp;results=56\">forma de coraz\u00f3n<\/a><\/span>. Y con este <span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/pastillaje-y-tartas\/2054-preparado-para-galletas-1kg-8718274810578.html?search_query=harina&amp;results=60\">preparado para galletas\u00a0<\/a><\/span>podemos salirnos un d\u00eda un poco de lo habitual. Incluso podemos atrevernos a hacer alg\u00fan d\u00eda una tarta. En fin, apunto tambi\u00e9n <span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/pastillaje-y-tartas\/710-discos-para-tarta-oroplata-redondos-20-cm.html\">discos para tarta<\/a><\/span>, que hay que tener preparado todo\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY el tercer prop\u00f3sito? Pues como todo lo que me gusta lleva harina y es dulce, habr\u00e1 que contrarrestarlo.
