line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: medium;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span size=\"3\">125 ml az\u00facar<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: medium;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span size=\"3\">125 ml an\u00eds seco<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: medium;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span size=\"3\">1 lim\u00f3n (s\u00f3lo la mitad de la cascara)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: medium;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span size=\"3\">500 ml miel (para ba\u00f1arlas)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: medium;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span size=\"3\"><b>Elaboraci\u00f3n tortas finas o to\u00f1as:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\" size=\"3\">1. Ponemos a calentar en un cazo el aceite con la corteza de lim\u00f3n. Cuando empiece a ponerse oscura, nos indica que ya est\u00e1 a la temperatura justa. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\" size=\"3\">Siempre que se trabaja con aceite caliente, tomar precauciones, es peligroso.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #ff3333;\" color=\"#ff3333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\" size=\"3\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\">2. Mientras se va calentando el aceite, usaremos un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/ceramica\/5917-bol-rojo-de-ceramica-24-cm-tala-5012904109364.html\"><span style=\"color: #3399ff;\" color=\"#3399ff\">bol<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"> en el que pasaremos la harina por un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/1795-tamizador-350-gr-8411922080117.html\"><span style=\"color: #3399ff;\" color=\"#3399ff\">tamizador<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"> para airearla y evitar grumos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #ff3333;\" color=\"#ff3333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\" size=\"3\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\">3. Hacemos un agujero en el centro y vamos incorporando el aceite caliente poco a poco y removemos con una <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/4947-espatula-de-silicona-30cm-lacor-8414271644450.html?search_query=espatul&amp;results=22\"><span style=\"color: #3399ff;\" color=\"#3399ff\">esp\u00e1tula<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> o cuchara de madera<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\">, esta parte se llama \u201c<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><i>escaldar la harina<\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\">\u201d y es la que da el toque crujiente y hojaldrado de la masa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #ff3333;\" color=\"#ff3333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\" size=\"3\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\">4. Una vez est\u00e9 todo mezclado, incorporamos el az\u00facar y finalmente el an\u00eds seco. La masa siempre tiene que estar caliente o templada, para poder trabajarla por lo que taparemos el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/ceramica\/5917-bol-rojo-de-ceramica-24-cm-tala-5012904109364.html\"><span style=\"color: #3399ff;\" color=\"#3399ff\">bol<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"> con una <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/5470-tela-estamena-100-algodon-natural-8411922436860.html?search_query=tela&amp;results=21\"><span style=\"color: #3399ff;\" color=\"#3399ff\">pa\u00f1o<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"> mientras preparamos la zona de trabajo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #ff3333;\" color=\"#ff3333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\" size=\"3\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\">5. En la superficie que hemos elegido para trabajar, espolvoreamos un poco de harina y extendemos la mitad de masa con el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/4202-rodillo-joseph-joseph-multicolor-5028420200850.html\"><span style=\"color: #3399ff;\" color=\"#3399ff\">rodillo,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"> la dejaremos con un grosor de medio cent\u00edmetro y con el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cortadores\/5940-set-6-cortadores-doble-corte-flor-070896125866.html?search_query=cortador+flo&amp;results=106\"><span style=\"color: #3399ff;\" color=\"#3399ff\">cortador<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"> que elijamos vamos colocando en la <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/2696-bandeja-de-horno-plana-40x36cm-8595028439908.html?search_query=bandeja+hor&amp;results=158\"><span style=\"color: rgba(15, 113, 193, 0.82);\">bandeja<\/span><\/a> de horneado; la forma t\u00edpica es de flor. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #ff3333;\" color=\"#ff3333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\" face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\" size=\"3\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\">Precalentamos el horno a 180\u00ba y colocamos la bandeja en el centro con calor arriba y abajo durante unos 25 minutos hasta que tenga el color tostado.
