Alimento de dioses, el rey de los ingredientes\u2026 creo que nadie puede resistirse a sus encantos\u2026 de cualquier forma siempre es irresistible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Aqu\u00ed os dejo una receta de mis primeros bombones, sabor sutil, aroma a naranja y tomillo tan navide\u00f1o dentro de un bomb\u00f3n.. line-height: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Ingredientes bombones de naranja y tomillo:<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">500 g <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/chocolate-candy-melts-candy-mold-y-piruletas\/6557-chocolate-cobertura-545-25-kg-callebaut-5410522513271.html\">Chocolate de cobertura<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">20 g <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/aromas-concentrados-y-en-pasta-extractos-y-emulsiones\/1678-azucar-invertido-180gr-home-chef-8414933221654.html?search_query=azucar+invertido&amp;results=17\">az\u00facar invertido<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">325 g <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/chocolate-candy-melts-candy-mold-y-piruletas\/6472-chocolate-blanco-para-fuente-y-cobertura-25-kg-callebaut-5410522516791.html\">chocolate blanco<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">35 g mantequilla<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">3 g tomillo<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La piel de una naranja<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Elaboraci\u00f3n bombones de naranja y tomillo:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Fundimos la <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/ingredientes-y-preparados\/5929-cobertura-de-chocolate-ebano-1kg-eurocao-8435438423138.html\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\"><\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/chocolate-candy-melts-candy-mold-y-piruletas\/6557-chocolate-cobertura-545-25-kg-callebaut-5410522513271.html\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\">cobertura de chocolate<\/span><\/a> en <span style=\"color: #000000;\">el microondas a 500w en periodos de 30 segundos (\u00e9sto lo hacemos para evitar manchas en el chocolate por la humedad que se produce con el vapor ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda, una vez cristalizado)<\/span> y dejamos atemperar a unos 35\u00ba, comprobar con el <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/3653-termometro-digital-con-sonda-8411922090598.html?search_query=termometro&amp;results=11\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\">term\u00f3metro<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Hervir la nata, az\u00facar invertido, piel de naranja y tomillo, infusionar durante 4 minutos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Mezclamos con la <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/chocolate-candy-melts-candy-mold-y-piruletas\/6472-chocolate-blanco-para-fuente-y-cobertura-25-kg-callebaut-5410522516791.html\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\">cobertura de chocolate blanco<\/span><\/a> fundida en microondas, usando una <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/4947-espatula-de-silicona-30cm-lacor-8414271644450.html\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\">esp\u00e1tula de silicona<\/span><\/a> y emulsionamos nuevamente d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ejar enfriar hasta 30\u00ba grados. Por \u00faltimo a\u00f1adir la mantequilla y volver a emulsionar esta vez c<span style=\"color: #000000;\">on el brazo de la batidora, hasta que quede brillante<\/span>, tapamos bien con un papel film y reservamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Pintamos el molde con <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/pintura-comestible\/1038-pintura-metalizada-oro-claro-25-ml-5060197935627.html\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\">pintura liposoluble dorada<\/span><\/a> con ayuda de un <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/accesorios-y-decoracion\/2907-set-de-5-pinceles-profesionales-pme-5060047062879.html?search_query=pincel&amp;results=53\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\">pincel<\/span><\/a>, d\u00e1ndole la forma que quieras y dejamos cristalizar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff3333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ahora vamos hacer el encamisado de los bombones, y para ello rellenamos todo el molde con la<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/chocolate-candy-melts-candy-mold-y-piruletas\/6557-chocolate-cobertura-545-25-kg-callebaut-5410522513271.html\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\">cobertura de chocolate<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/chocolate-candy-melts-candy-mold-y-piruletas\/6557-chocolate-cobertura-545-25-kg-callebaut-5410522513271.html\">,<\/a> limpiando los restos con una<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/3925-rasqueta-cortador-con-medidas--8411922092240.html\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\">rasqueta<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">o<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/3946-espatula-recta-28cm-70896377159.html?search_query=espatula&amp;results=21\"><span style=\"color: #0066ff;\">esp\u00e1tula<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, hay que dar unos golpecitos al molde, para sacar las posible burbujas de aire.
