Infusionar la leche<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En una cacerola, calienta la leche junto con el az\u00facar, la rama de canela y la piel de lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando comience a hervir, retira del fuego y deja reposar unos minutos para que se impregne bien el sabor.<\/li>\n<li>Cuela la leche para retirar la canela y la piel del lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Preparar el pan<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corta el pan en rebanadas de unos 2-3 cm de grosor.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca las rebanadas en una bandeja grande y vierte la leche infusionada sobre ellas.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9jalas reposar unos 10-15 minutos, d\u00e1ndoles la vuelta para que absorban bien la leche sin romperse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Empanar y fre\u00edr<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En un plato hondo, bate los huevos.<\/li>\n<li>Pon una sart\u00e9n al fuego con abundante aceite de oliva suave y cali\u00e9ntalo a temperatura media.<\/li>\n<li>Sumerge cada rebanada de pan en el huevo batido y fr\u00edelas en el aceite caliente hasta que est\u00e9n doradas por ambos lados.<\/li>\n<li>Retira las torrijas y col\u00f3calas sobre papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Rebozar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mezcla el az\u00facar con la canela en polvo en un plato.<\/li>\n<li>Reboza las torrijas en esta mezcla cuando a\u00fan est\u00e9n calientes para que se impregne bien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.
