A m\u00ed personalmente me encanta la navidad y aunque casi nunca las puedo celebrar con previsi\u00f3n y calma, siempre intento dar lo mejor de m\u00ed y aportar mi granito de arena a mi entorno. Me encanta la cocina y reposter\u00eda. Y no solo postres. Me gusta la cocina en general as\u00ed que procuro buscar alg\u00fan momento para ponerme a ello con m\u00e1s calma. Lo procuro pero \u00a1casi nunca lo consigo! y al final, supongo que casi como la mayor\u00eda de vosotros me encuentro siempre corriendo a \u00faltima hora pensando qu\u00e9 puedo hacer para una cena, una comida, un postre que sea r\u00e1pido , sencillo y con ingredientes f\u00e1ciles de encontrar. As\u00ed que esta receta es perfecta para celebrar estos d\u00edas que se acercan con vuestros seres queridos\u2026o no&#8230;<br \/>\nHe unido dos cosas que me vuelven loca. El Red Velvet y las Crepes. Y este ha sido el resultado. style=\"color: #3366ff;\">az\u00facar glas<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n300 g de fresas limpias, secas y fileteadas<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n de la masa.<\/strong><br \/>\nMezcla todos los ingredientes en un <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/ceramica\/5916-bol-ceramica-azul-24-cm-tala-5012904109067.html?search_query=bol&amp;results=287\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">bol<\/span><\/a> con las <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/cocina-y-reposteria\/3237-batidor-acero-inox-25cm-8411922083217.html\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">varillas manuales<\/span><\/a> hasta obtener una masa fina y sin grumos.<br \/>\nTapa el <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/ceramica\/5916-bol-ceramica-azul-24-cm-tala-5012904109067.html?search_query=bol&amp;results=287\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">bol<\/span><\/a> y deja reposar 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Engrasa una sart\u00e9n plana con un poco de mantequilla \u00f3 usa una <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/pequeno-electrodomestico\/5816-crepera-electrica-lacor-8414271692222.html\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">crepera<\/span><\/a>.<br \/>\nPon un poco de masa y mueve la sart\u00e9n en redondo para cubrir toda la superficie.<br \/>\nDeja cocer un par de minutos y voltea para que se cueza por el otro lado.<br \/>\nRetira y repite la operaci\u00f3n con toda la masa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n del relleno:<\/strong><br \/>\nPara elaborar el relleno \u00fanicamente debes batir todos los ingredientes en un <a href=\"https:\/\/cocinayreposteria.es\/ceramica\/5916-bol-ceramica-azul-24-cm-tala-5012904109067.html?search_query=bol&amp;results=287\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">bol<\/span><\/a>, con una <a
